Orbit Exercise

1. start a new drawing using the architectural template
2. draw a rectangle
3. make rectangle into a region
4. start orbit
5. move to rear and side (keep eye on icon in lower left corner)
6. approximate an isometric view
7. right click and click on “more” and adjust clipping planes”
8. move front (white line) in view window) to cut off front corner
9. right click and click on adjust back clipping plane (green) – move to cut off corner back corner)
10. right click and click on “create slice” note that both clipping planes move together.
11. clock “close”
12. right click and click on projection then perspective
13. right click and click on “more” then “continuous orbit”
14. move the cursor in a direction and watch the rectangle spin in that direction
15. change direction by moving the cursor
16. right click and then click on “orbit” to stop continuous orbit
