West Suburban Hospital bus 3 Erie Court 383-6200 - Medivan - Oak Park area only- call 2 hours before appointment - Only goes to hospitals and doctorsâ offices -  Free, but depends on insurance coverage - they will not take HMO patients

Blue Cab and Village Cab Company  - Taxi - goes anywhere -  No wheelchair lifts - Can purchase coupon book worth $10.00 for $6.00 - not good for tips - at Food Pantry, 225 South Boulevard
 
CTA  Bus and EL - goes wherever CTA goes - All busses have lifts but passenger must ask driver to deploy the lift - not all EL stops are accessible and those that are must provide a "gap filler" which has to be requested by passenger Anyone - Same as cost of CTA fare ($1.50 per ride)
