I received my B.A. in Education, and my M.A. in Counseling from Concordia University. Like many of Tritons students I am also a first generation college graduate.When I completed my degrees I moved to West Hollywood, Ca. for a year. In the mid 90's, I also lived in Evergreen, Co.; a beautiful mountain community.
I have worked in Triton's Counseling Department since the early 80's. I also taught Yoga through the Community Ed. department at that time. I took a break from Yoga during the late 80's and early 90's but began to make it a very important part of my life when I lived in Colorado. I have been spreading my knowledge of Yoga to students, staff and comunity members since '95. I feel that this is my gift to the college. Spreading relaxation and self awareness to my students.
