The ãMentorä
The ãMentorä must be a licensed Architect
- He or she could be licensed in any state
- Should work outside your firm to be unbiased
- Meets with you on a monthly basis to discuss your career goals and achievements
- Discusses with you and signs the second page of your NCARB Training Record every four months
- You can select your own Mentor or ask your Coordinator to assign one to you
