Teaching Experience
I have been teaching 32 years at Triton College. My primary responsibilities are teaching Rhetoric 096, and Rhetoric 101. I have also taught Rhetoric 102 which consists of the study of Literature and Research Writing. This course will allow you to choose from a variety of topics. You will have an opportunity to possibly write about a topic in your field of study. I expect to learn as much from you as you will learn from me as you explore various fields of study.

Goal
My goal in Rht.102 – Composition II is for the students to learn how to write papers with sources. Most of the students who are taking this course are planning to transfer to a four-year college or university where they will be expected to write papers with sources, especially in their major course of study. When you complete Rht.102, I want the students to develop a topic, use sources appropriately to support their thinking and , as a result, write a strong paper.
